In Hisec, the signal for K162 , C1's(Z971) and wh's that will take you to another HS system(A641) are all the same signal strength when using The Deep Space Probes to filter what you actually want to scan.

No. you will need local, remote reps or logistics with that fit. No need for the mwd. generally aim for 650+dps repping for c3 sites, probably more with the signature radius penalties from pulsars.
